At Revival Wellness & Ketamine, care is intentionally personalized and comprehensive.
Services are designed to support mental health through a combination of IV ketamine therapy, functional psychiatry, nervous system support, and integrative wellness approaches. Because every individual’s needs are different, treatment recommendations are tailored accordingly.
Ketamine Infusions
Transformative treatment for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. We emphasize safety, set, and setting for meaningful breakthroughs.
Ketamine consultations are done for every patient before starting infusions. They consist of a psychiatric evaluation and education and discussion of the ketamine infusion process. Consultations can be done in person or virtually, typically last an hour, and are free of charge.
$425 per individual session.

Therapy & Integration
We collaborate with trauma-informed therapists through the Clifton Wellness Collective who offer EMDR, somatic therapy, ketamine integration, and nervous system support. Therapy services are provided independently by each therapist. Scheduling, pricing, and payment are handled directly with the individual therapist.
Integrative Psychiatry Care Programs
Our integrative psychiatry services are offered through structured care programs rather than individual visits. This allows us to look beyond symptoms and explore the biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your mental health. Integrative psychiatry is currently offered exclusively through our 3- and 6-month care programs.

Insurance & Payment
We are a private pay practice. This allows us to provide truly personalized, time-intensive care without insurance-mandated restrictions. We provide detailed Superbills upon request for patients with out-of-network benefits.
